What are the booking procedures?

First, check out our packages page on our website to find a package that best fits your needs.  Secondly, call our office to consult with one of our team members if you had any questions. Thirdly, have all event details prepared for the call (address, time frame, contact info etc.)

Lastly, to solidify the reservation we do require a 20% deposit with any debit or credit card.

When is the remaining balance due for my event?

All outstanding balances is due 24 hours prior to event date.

How soon should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible,  at least 2 months before the event date. However, we do accept late bookings depending on availability.


All deposits are 20% of the package booked. Also, deposits are non-refundable.

Can I customize a package?

Yes, please call our office to consult with one of staff members.
